Luggage manufacturing includes many of the operations required to make a bag. It includes processes such as cutting, sewing and finishing. The entire manufacturing process is divided into many sub-operations required to build a specific case. Some of these operations vary depending on the type of equipment available, the working methods used, and the skills of the workers.
Pre-Production
To minimize problems, the fabric is sent for a pre-shrink wash. Any changes to the details of accessories, printing color, size, location, etc., will be done in pre-production samples before mass production begins.
Bulk Production
After confirmation and receipt of final approved samples, purchase orders, artwork, and down payment, the lead time for manufactured bags typically takes 3-8 weeks
