DESIGN SUBMISSION

If you have samples or documentsAnd specifications, this is always helpful. Once we receive your submission,We will develop and send youCustomized estimated price for the project.

CREATION OF SAMPLES（1-2 weeks）

During the procurement process, our internal design team will assist in finalizing your details and sending them to you for confirmation. Please note that since everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of samples to obtain all the details correctly and prepare for mass production.

PAY THE DEPOSIT

In order to ensure the interests of both parties,A 50% deposit is required before mass production

BULK PRODUCTION (3-8 weeks)

Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.

QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL (3-7 days)

How do we ensure product quality?
Quality is controlled throughout the entire production process — from raw materials to final shipment.
1. Pre-Production Inspection
We inspect raw materials, components, and product specifications before production begins.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Our QC team monitors production closely and conducts regular inspections to identify and resolve issues early.
3. Final Inspection & AQL Sampling
Finished products are inspected according to AQL standards to ensure they meet approved samples, specifications, and quality requirements. Third-party inspection is also available when required.
4. Packaging & Label Inspection
We check packaging, labels, and product information to ensure everything is correct and ready for shipment.
5. Loading & Shipping Supervision
When required, we supervise loading to verify quantities, ensure proper handling, and minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Quality is not just checked at the end — it is controlled throughout the entire process.

BALANCE PAYMENT & PACKING SHIPPING（1-5 days excluding delivery time）

We've come to the final part! at this stage, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
