CREATION OF SAMPLES（1-2 weeks）
During the procurement process, our internal design team will assist in finalizing your details and sending them to you for confirmation. Please note that since everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of samples to obtain all the details correctly and prepare for mass production.
PAY THE DEPOSIT
In order to ensure the interests of both parties,A 50% deposit is required before mass production
BULK PRODUCTION (3-8 weeks)
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.

3.Finished Product Sampling (AQL Standard): We perform random sampling of finished products according to AQL standards. Quality inspections are done in collaboration with third-party agencies to ensure the product meets design and customer specifications.
4.Packaging and Label Inspection: We rigorously check packaging materials and label information to ensure compliance with regulations and that the products are shipped in perfect condition.
5.Shipping Supervision (Optional): If needed, we can assign a dedicated person to oversee the loading process, ensuring accurate quantities, proper handling, and preventing damage during transport. Through these comprehensive quality management steps, we are committed to providing high-quality products that help maintain your brand's reputation and consumer trust.
BALANCE PAYMENT & PACKING SHIPPING（1-5 days excluding delivery time）
We've come to the final part! at this stage, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
