4.Packaging and Label Inspection: We rigorously check packaging materials and label information to ensure compliance with regulations and that the products are shipped in perfect condition.
5.Shipping Supervision (Optional): If needed, we can assign a dedicated person to oversee the loading process, ensuring accurate quantities, proper handling, and preventing damage during transport. Can I customize products and add a logo?
Yes, we have been offering ODM and OEM customization services for over ten years. We can adjust the products based on your design specifications and add your logo. Please provide your logo in PDF or AI format.
Why are we able to produce samples so quickly?
Our company is located in Chang'an, Dongguan, which is within a 5-kilometer radius of a complete raw material supply chain. This significantly shortens material sourcing time, allowing us to quickly complete sample production.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our factory operates with flexible and efficient production processes. To optimize logistics and production costs, we recommend a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces.
How are your products priced?
Pricing depends on several factors, such as materials, style, and design dimensions. Feel free to share your specific requirements, and we’ll provide you with an accurate and competitive quote.
What are your payment terms?
To meet your needs, we accept payment via bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C). Generally, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due upon shipment.
What is your production lead time?
We can provide existing samples within one day, and custom designs can be delivered in 3-7 days. After sample approval, full production typically takes 7-30 working days.
What are the shipping options for orders?
For small orders, we typically use international courier services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. For larger orders, we offer flexible shipping options including sea freight, air freight, and rail transport, depending on your needs.
